Under his leadership, FVR Corporate Services has grown to offer a comprehensive range of services such as Foundations in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), company formation and business consulting.
Vivien has excellent knowledge in providing robust Wills & Estate planning solutions for Muslim and non-Muslim expatriates/residents in the UAE.

With over 17 years of professional experience, Flicia has honed her expertise across diverse sectors, including International banking, International Private Wealth Management Firms, Sharia-compliant Financial Institutions, Cryptocurrency Firms, Law Firms, Business Consulting Firms, as well as Audit and Accounting organizations.
She has worked for numerous firms authorized by registration authorities such as the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC); Department of Economic Development (DED); Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED), Ministry of Economy (MOE); and Regulatory Authorities such as the Central Bank of UAE (CBUAE), Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) and the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).
Flicia has successfully pioneered various projects spanning the Middle East, South Africa, Europe and the United States of America, focusing on key areas such as Company Incorporation, Regulatory licensing, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Governance.
Her deep passion for business consulting motivated her to establish FVR Corporate Services with her husband Vivien Richard, positioning it as a Leading Bespoke Business Solutions provider in the UAE.
